• Options to your repair may include one of the following:  full repair, replacement or a credit towards our website at www.desertrosedirect.com
• We can only repair jewelry that is purchased through DesertRoseDirect.com. 
• We do not accept special orders nor do we alter our designs. 
• You will be notified if your repair will have additional costs. 
• Please allow at least 6 - 8 weeks for your repair to be processed and returned to you.

Further information will be forwarded to you within 3 - 5 days, if not sooner.  By using this form we can evaluate your repair before you send it to us.  This will help us better assist you.  The form will ask you for an image of your item along with your contact information (name, address, phone number, email address).  We can then evaluate what may be necessary to repair or replace your item.
